Job summary

Cushman & Wakefield is seeking an experienced RME Planner to oversee asset management, work planning, and spare parts inventory using Infor EAM at our California facility.

The ideal candidate will have CMMS administration experience, strong data analysis skills, and the ability to train staff on CMMS best practices while coordinating with maintenance teams to improve reliability and efficiency.

Qualifications

• 2-year Associate degree (or professional training) in Business Administration, Information System, Engineering or related fields.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Information Systems, or commensurate professional experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee asset management, work planning, and spare part inventory using Infor EAM.
• Measure and publish facility metrics; interpret data and make recommendations.
• Develop and maintain accuracy of equipment metadata and Work Order data.
• Manage and schedule work orders; ensure creation, planning, update and closure.
