Job summary

Cushman & Wakefield's C&W Services division seeks an experienced CMMS Administrator to oversee asset management, work planning, and spare part inventory across multiple sites. The role entails maintaining metadata, driving PM plans, and coordinating maintenance for HVAC, docking, and electrical systems in a fast-paced facility.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years in maintenance distribution or manufacturing, strong data analytics, and experience with enterprise asset management software such as Infor

Qualifications

• 2-year degree or professional training in related fields is required.
• Experience with enterprise asset management systems (Infor EAM ASE preferred).
• Strong data analysis and reporting capabilities are essential.

Responsibilities

• Oversee asset management using CMMS data and PI metrics for management.
• Maintain equipment metadata (manufacturer, model, serial number, system structure).
• Manage and input Work Order data, including PM plans and schedules.
• Coordinate maintenance for HVAC, dock doors, plumbing, and electrical work.
• Develop PM plans, routes, and work packages for FC facilities.
• Ensure accurate spare parts metadata and parts costing.
