Qualifications

• Associate's degree or related field required; 3+ years in maintenance planning/coordinating.
• Experience administering CMMS, purchasing, inventory control, or related manufacturing operations.

Responsibilities

• Administers and maintains CMMS including asset records, PM schedules, work orders, and maintenance history.
• Plans and schedules preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance activities.
• Coordinates maintenance labor, downtime, and resources for scheduled work.
• Sources parts, materials, supplies, and maintenance services; obtains vendor quotes.
• Generates maintenance reports and tracks KPIs (PM completion, downtime, backlog, labor utilization).
• Supports root cause analysis through maintenance data and documentation.
