Job summary

STACK Infrastructure seeks a CMMS Analyst to enhance maintenance-management systems across Critical Operations. You will manage asset data, PM schedules, and work orders, ensuring data integrity and governance to support reliability and portfolio reporting.

You will collaborate with Critical Operations, Technical Operations, Reliability Engineering, IT, and site teams to implement CMMS processes, resolve data gaps, and improve workflows for new site integrations and migrations.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of experience supporting maintenance operations, asset management, CMMS/EAM, or related tech environment
• Experience with CMMS/EAM platforms like NetSuite, Maximo, MCIM, MaintainX preferred
• Experience with preventive maintenance, work orders, asset records, and maintenance data
• Strong data-management skills with attention to accuracy and completeness
• Experience with large datasets and Excel for analysis and validation
• Ability to identify data-quality gaps and resolve with stakeholders
• Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Bachelor’s or Associate degree in technical/business field preferred

Responsibilities

• Support integration of new sites, assets, and acquisitions into CMMS processes
• Administer CMMS asset data, hierarchies, PMs, workflows and configurations
• Maintain accuracy of asset, PM, work order, and maintenance-history data
• Monitor maintenance compliance and identify overdue or inconsistent maintenance
• Ensure PM requirements align with maintenance standards and governance
• Support standard work order practices, documentation, and history capture
• Develop and maintain maintenance and asset reporting for visibility
• Analyze CMMS data to identify data-quality gaps and trends
• Support Reliability Engineering with data for analysis and portfolio health
• Provide CMMS user support, troubleshooting, and training
• Collaborate with IT on system enhancements, integrations, and automation
• Assist CMMS implementation, migrations, and data conversions
• Champion consistent maintenance practices and data integrity across teams
