Job summary

RigUp, Inc. is seeking an experienced contractor to support a CMMS Enhancement Project by reviewing, validating, and cleansing maintenance and asset data. The role involves collaboration with Maintenance, Reliability, Operations, and Planning teams to ensure data accuracy prior to system implementation.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience with CMMS/EAM systems (SAP PM, Maximo, Infor EAM, Oracle, or similar).
• Experience in maintenance planning, scheduling, reliability, or asset management.
• Strong understanding of equipment master data and preventive maintenance processes.
• Advanced Excel skills for data review and analysis.

Responsibilities

• Review and validate equipment, asset, and functional location data.
• Identify and resolve data quality issues, duplicates, and inconsistencies.
• Verify asset registry, criticalities and tagging.
• Support data migration, testing, and user acceptance activities.
• Document findings and track corrective actions.

• Deliver validated and cleansed CMMS master data.
• Provide documented data quality findings and recommendations.

The contractor will work with Maintenance, Reliability, Operations, and Planning teams to ensure data accuracy, consistency, and compliance with established standards prior to system implementation. This role requires general maintenance and coordination background and is expected to be a long-term 3+ year role. Candidates must be local or willing to relocate at their own expense.

Responsibilities:

• Review and validate equipment, asset, and functional location data
• Identify and resolve data quality issues, duplicates, and inconsistencies
• Verify asset registry, criticalities and tagging
• Support data migration, testing, and user acceptance activities
• Document findings and track corrective actions

Skills and Qualifications:

• 3+ years of experience with CMMS/EAM systems (SAP PM, Maximo, Infor EAM, Oracle, or similar)
• Experience in maintenance planning, scheduling, reliability, or asset management
• General maintenance and coordination background required
• Strong understanding of equipment master data, asset hierarchies, and preventive maintenance processes
• Understanding of equipment data master list and asset hierarchy
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills for data review and analysis
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently
• Experience with CMMS – E Maintenance, Oracle preferred
• Experience supporting CMMS implementations, upgrades, or data migration projects preferred
• Background in oil & gas, manufacturing, or industrial operations preferred
• Knowledge of maintenance and reliability best practices preferred
