Job summary

Bunge is seeking an Operational Systems Specialist to administer and optimize CMMS/EAM platforms, ensuring data integrity and aligned work management practices. You will partner with Maintenance, Engineering, Environmental, Health and Safety, and Operations teams to maintain system functionality and support reliable asset care.

This role focuses on configuring systems, governing master data, generating KPI dashboards, and training end users.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in related field.
• Experience with maintenance planning and scheduling processes is highly desirable.
• Understanding of maintenance processes, asset management, and equipment reliability principles.
• Proficient in data analysis tools.
• Working knowledge of maintenance planning, scheduling best practices, and work management processes.
• High attention to detail with strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively across teams.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary system administrator for maintenance and operational systems (e.g., CMMS/EAM platforms).
• Maintain system configuration, user access, master data, and system hierarchies to ensure accuracy and alignment with business needs.
• Monitor system performance and data quality, proactively identifying and resolving inconsistencies or gaps.
• Execute routine audits of system data to ensure compliance with regulatory, safety, and company standards.
• Ensure accuracy and completeness of asset records, maintenance plans, work orders, and inventory data.
• Establish and enforce data governance standards, naming conventions, and process controls.
• Generate reports and dashboards to support decision-making, KPI tracking, and operational visibility.
• Partner with Maintenance Planners and Supervisors to support planning, scheduling, and execution processes within the system.
• Assist with the development and documentation of standard operating procedures (SOPs) related to system use.
• Support cross-functional coordination by ensuring consistency of system processes across teams.
• Support implementation of new system features, integrations, and tools.
• Participate in cross-functional initiatives to enhance reliability, maintenance effectiveness, and operational performance.
• Contribute to change management efforts by supporting communication, documentation, and user readiness.
• Provide system training and guidance to end users to ensure consistent and effective utilization.
• Develop and maintain training materials, job aids, and user documentation.
• Act as a subject matter expert (SME) for system-related questions and best practices.
