Job summary

Vantage in Santa Clara, CA is seeking an Operations Asset Specialist to own the enterprise asset management program and CMMS workflows. You will partner with Reliability Engineers, Site Operations, and other teams to optimize asset life cycle and control maintenance costs.

You will develop standardized workflows, improve data quality, and support migration from the current CMMS to a new platform while ensuring alignment with business goals and operational efficiency.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related field, or equivalent work experience.
• Minimum of 5 years in enterprise asset management, maintenance engineering or maintenance management.
• Experience with ISO 55000 and CMMS/EAM systems.
• Strong data-driven decision making and analytics capability.
• Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement an enterprise-wide asset management strategy.
• Maintain inventory in the EAM/CMMS system and ensure data quality.
• Analyze metrics to optimize asset performance and reduce costs.
• Collaborate with Procurement, Design Eng, Construction, and Operations across sites.
• Configure and support EAM/CMMS migrations and training for users.
