Job summary

Nelson-Jameson is seeking a CMMS Administrator / Planner Scheduler to coordinate service and repair work across a multi-site customer base. You’ll manage work orders, parts availability, and technician schedules to ensure timely completion.

This role combines maintenance planning with strong administrative responsibilities, requiring CMMS/ERP familiarity and coordination with Project Managers, vendors, and customers. Previous CMMS admin and maintenance coordination experience is ideal.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; technical degree or cert preferred.
• Experience in maintenance administration or CMMS administration is desirable.
• Familiarity with CMMS, ERP, service management, or related systems is expected.

Responsibilities

• Plan and coordinate service, repair, and preventive maintenance across multiple locations.
• Create and maintain detailed work orders with scope, parts, labor, and timelines.
• Coordinate technician schedules and ensure parts availability before work.
• Maintain accurate parts, equipment, and service documentation in CMMS/ERP.
• Support quoting and invoicing with accurate service data and templates.
• Travel up to 25% to support field operations and audits.
