Job summary

Nelson-Jameson, Inc. is seeking an Industrial Maintenance Coordinator / Planner Scheduler to plan, schedule, and coordinate service and repair work across our Service & Repair function for food, beverage, and dairy facilities.

You will ensure parts are identified and available, technicians are scheduled, and work orders are accurate across a multi-site customer base. This role blends maintenance planning with administration, CMMS/ERP data management, and coordination with Project Managers,

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• 2+ years in maintenance/service coordination or related environment.
• Strong administrative and organizational skills with multi-priority handling.
• Familiarity with CMMS/ERP systems and asset data management.

Responsibilities

• Plan and coordinate service, repair, and preventive maintenance across multiple locations.
• Build and maintain detailed work orders with parts, labor, and timelines.
• Schedule technicians and ensure parts availability for on-time execution.
• Identify parts and materials, document asset information in CMMS/ERP.
• Support quoting and invoicing with accurate service data and records.
