Job summary

Nelson-Jameson, Inc. is seeking an Industrial Maintenance Coordinator/Planner Scheduler to plan, schedule, and coordinate service and repair work across our multi-site Service & Repair function.

You’ll ensure parts are identified and available, technicians are scheduled, and work orders are complete. You will work closely with Project Managers, field technicians, customers, vendors, and procurement, using CMMS/ERP systems to maintain accurate data and schedules.

Qualifications

• Experience in maintenance administration, CMMS administration, industrial or MRO parts, manufacturing support, service coordination, or maintenance planning and scheduling.

Responsibilities

• Plan and coordinate service, repair, and preventative maintenance work across multiple customer locations.
• Build and maintain detailed work orders with scope of work, parts, labor and timelines.
• Coordinate technician schedules, timelines, parts availability, and customer needs.
• Support development and maintenance of service and preventative maintenance programs and templates.
• Assist Project Managers by keeping upcoming service work organized and moving forward.
