Job summary

Nelson-Jameson is seeking a CMMS Administrator / Planner Scheduler to plan, schedule, and coordinate service and repair work for the Service & Repair function across multiple sites. You will ensure parts availability, accurate work orders, and proper documentation while collaborating with Project Managers, technicians, vendors, and procurement.

The role blends maintenance planning with data management and admin duties, requiring familiarity with CMMS/ERP systems and strong attention to detail.

Qualifications

• Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience: 2+ years supporting maintenance, service, industrial parts, manufacturing, or related environment.
• Familiarity with CMMS and ERP systems.
• Strong administrative and organizational skills with the ability to coordinate schedules and documentation.
• Willingness to travel up to 25% of the time across the western U.S. region.

Responsibilities

• Plan and coordinate service, repair, and preventative maintenance across multiple customer locations.
• Build and maintain detailed work orders with scope, parts, labor, timelines, and service documentation.
• Coordinate technician schedules, timelines, parts availability, and customer needs for ready-to-execute work.
• Assist in developing and maintaining service and preventive maintenance programs and related system information.
• Support Project Managers by keeping upcoming work organized, especially when they travel or are on-site.
