Job summary

Veritas Association Management seeks a CME Program & Membership Manager to lead the planning, implementation, and evaluation of CME, online education, and membership initiatives within its Education Program & Accreditation Department.

The role collaborates with physician volunteers and internal teams to deliver high-quality educational programming, manage membership operations, and enhance the member experience. Strong project management and data-driven decision-making are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Minimum of three years of experience with a medical society, physician association, healthcare organization, or association management company preferred.
• Experience managing continuing medical education (CME), professional development programs, online education, or association educational programming.
• Experience supporting membership operations, engagement, or growth initiatives preferred.
• Experience with Association Management Systems (AMS), Learning Management Systems (LMS), abstract management, speaker management, and educational technology platforms.
• Experience with Cadmium, ACCME accreditation requirements, marketing automation, and conference management platforms preferred.
• Strong project management skills with demonstrated success managing multiple priorities and deadlines.
• Excellent written, verbal, editing, and proofreading skills.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Lead development and execution of live, virtual, and online educational programs.
• Oversee educational programs such as Thoracic Anesthesia Symposium and Workshops and SCA Echo.
• Partner with volunteer leaders to design innovative educational programming.
• Manage online education programs, on-demand courses, and LMS-based learning.
• Handle abstract submissions, peer review, and PBLD processes.
• Organize and facilitate committee meetings with agendas and materials.
• Coordinate meeting logistics, registration, audiovisual support, and event operations.
• Serve as onsite manager for educational meetings, providing faculty and volunteer support.
• Coordinate educational evaluations and post-activity reporting.
• Manage conference mobile apps and educational technology platforms.
