MUSC Health is seeking a CME Coordinator to liaise with MUSC departments and external partners, planning continuing medical education activities for local, regional, and national audiences. You will manage budgets, ensure ACCME compliance, and coordinate credit documentation with the MUSC Office of CME.

The role requires strong organizational and communication skills, plus the ability to build relationships with RHNs, affiliates, and faculty.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and one year of relevant experience required.
• Experience as meeting planner/medical education program coordinator required.
• 3–5 years in continuing medical education preferred.
• Excellent organizational, verbal and written skills are required.
• Knowledge of ACCME guidelines and MUSC CME policies.

Responsabilités

• Coordinate CME activities with departments and external partners.
• Enforce ACCME and MUSC policies for conferences and credit awards.
• Collaborate with CloudCME and MUSC OCIO to maintain tools and documentation.
• Assist with course development and budgeting for CME activities.
• Handle on-site logistics and promotional materials.
• Prepare grant applications and post-activity reconciliation.
