Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in related field and two years related experience.

• ITIL Foundation certification.

• Ensure integrity, accuracy, and governance of the IT Services CMDB.
• Lead development and implementation of the IT Services DR program.
• Support informed decision-making across IT Services.
• Design and oversee system routines for efficient resource use.
