To provide technical skills required to generate, modify, and maintain computer operating system software and application system software of moderate complexity.
The IT Services CMDB and Resilience Analyst is responsible for ensuring the integrity, accuracy, and governance of the IT Services Configuration Management Database (CMDB) to support informed decision-making across IT Services. This role also leads the development, implementation, and continuous improvement of the IT Services Contingency and Disaster Recovery (DR) Program, ensuring organizational resilience and operational continuity.
Adheres to internal controls and reporting structure.
Participates in the analysis of software system problems of moderate complexity and formulates and implements solutions to such problems.
Performs programming, testing, and documentation.
Recommends development of system routines needed for the efficient use of computer system resources.
Designs the approved routines and oversees their implementation.
Performs related duties as required.

Actual salary commensurate with experience.
