Job summary

Third Federal is seeking a CMDB Administrator II to manage the HaloITSM CMDB, governance, discovery, and service mapping in a hybrid role at our Cleveland, OH campus. You’ll ensure data quality, support ITSM workflows, and partner with infrastructure, security, and service desk teams to improve CMDB maturity.

The role requires 3+ years in configuration/asset management, ITSM, or related IT discipline, with HaloITSM experience and knowledge of ITIL practices.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in Configuration Management, Asset Management, ITSM, or related IT discipline.
• Experience administering CMDB/ITSM platforms, preferably HaloITSM.
• Strong understanding of ITIL practices (Configuration, Change, Asset, Incident, Request Fulfillment).

Responsibilities

• Administer and improve HaloITSM CMDB.
• Develop CMDB governance, CI classification, naming conventions, relationships, and data quality controls.
• Create and maintain CI items, relationships, service dependencies, and mappings in HaloITSM.
• Lead Discovery and Service Mapping initiatives to improve visibility into infrastructure and dependencies.
• Identify and remediate CMDB data discrepancies and data quality issues.
• Develop dashboards and reports showing asset relationships and service health.
• Collaborate with infrastructure, security, and service desk teams to maintain data quality.
