Job summary

24 Hour Fitness in Beaverton is seeking a Sales and Service Expert to deliver a best-in-class guest and member experience. You will drive membership sales, introduce fitness and retail offerings, and help members achieve their goals.

This role emphasizes relationship-building, on-boarding new members, lead generation, and hitting personal and team sales targets, with opportunities for commissions under the Fitness Sales and Membership Sales plans.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of sales practices and techniques.
• General understanding of fitness industry.
• Ability to work with computers.
• Strong interpersonal communication skills.
• Independent, self-starter with strong organizational skills.
• Ability to work as part of a team.
• Ability to operate Point of Sale (POS) System.
• Knowledge of Membership System software preferred.

Responsibilities

• Execute CARE sales model with each guest.
• Tour potential members and describe facilities to match fitness needs.
• Communicate offers clearly using provided tools.
• Enroll guests using sales techniques and MAP procedures.
• On-board new members and support retention activities.
• Achieve or exceed personal and team sales goals.
• Develop leads and manage follow-ups using Lead Management System.
