Job summary

24 Hour Fitness Beaverton is seeking a Sales and Service Expert to deliver an outstanding guest experience while driving membership sales, fitness and retail offerings.

You will tour the club, enroll members, promote offers, and coordinate with the Sales and Service Manager to build lasting relationships. This role supports lead generation, onboarding, and retention with a focus on meeting sales goals in a dynamic club environment.

Qualifications

• Strong sales knowledge and techniques for a fitness environment.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to operate POS and membership systems and work with computers.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests, enroll members, and onboard new members to drive retention.
• Tour facilities and explain services aligned with guests' fitness goals.
• Promote memberships, fitness and retail offerings using company tools.
• Generate leads, set appointments, and follow up to build new business.
• Aim to meet or exceed personal and team sales goals.
