Soho House & Co. is seeking a Front-of-House Host in Miami Beach to welcome members and guests, answer calls, and create reservations for the Club and F&B operations. You will represent Soho House with warmth, professional courtesy, and organizational efficiency from arrival to departure.

The role requires 3+ years in a similar position, OpenTable and MICROS experience, and the ability to manage a busy phone system and high-volume inquiries. Nights, weekends, and holidays may be required.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3+ years’ experience in a similar role.
• Must have OpenTable and MICROS experience
• Experience answering high-volume phone lines in a professional manner
• Strong problem solving and conflict resolution skills
• Detail oriented, articulate and good at multi-tasking in a fast-paced environment
• Strong communication skills and ability to follow instructions

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and members warmly and assist with seating and reservations
• Answer high-volume phone lines and handle inquiries about menus, hours, and amenities
• Create reservations for club/restaurants and support F&B managers on service standards
• Maintain professional and discreet communication with members, guests, and staff
• Build relationships with members and relay feedback to management
• Ensure a welcoming, friendly atmosphere and assist as needed
