Join Boys & Girls Clubs of Greater Dallas, Inc. as an Assistant Club Director to support daily operations, coach Youth Development Professionals, and engage with parents and schools to create a safe, high-quality environment for ages 6–18.

The role is part-time, 2 pm–7 pm, Monday–Friday with possible evenings and weekends. Requires 3+ years supervising youth programs and a passion for developing people.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Four-year degree from an accredited college or university is preferred.

Responsabilités

• Supports the Club Director in daily operations.
• Coaches and develops Youth Development Professionals.
• Builds relationships with parents and schools to promote youth wellbeing.
• Ensures a safe, high-quality Club where youth ages 6–18 thrive.
• Assists with membership attendance and participation tracking.

Formation

Four-year degree (preferred)
