Job summary

Boys & Girls Clubs of Greater Dallas is seeking a part-time Youth Development Professional to run after-school programming for members ages 6-18, weekdays 2–7 p.m. You’ll deliver engaging activities in the games room, arts and crafts, team-building and special events in a safe, supportive environment.

Under the Assistant Club Director, you’ll help coordinate the club's programs, orient new members, monitor behavior, and collaborate with staff and parents to promote positive youth development.

Qualifications

• Requires High School Diploma or GED.
• Minimum 18 years old; 21 to work with teens or drive.
• Background check required; 1+ year experience with children.
• CPR and First Aid certification provided upon hire.

Responsibilities

• Deliver age-appropriate programs for members 6–18.
• Operate BGCD/BGCA program suites (games room, arts, sports, events).
• Monitor safety and equipment; enforce rules and security.
