Summary

Got game? Got heart? Got your afternoons free? As a Youth Development Professional at Boys & Girls Clubs of Greater Dallas, your "office" is the games room, the art table, the gym floor and the great outdoors. Every weekday from 2-7 p.m., you'll lead members ages 6-18 through games, team-building challenges, arts and crafts, teen activities and special events. Along the way you'll be a mentor kids look up to and a steady, safe presence they can count on. You'll help them grow into confident, kind young people who make good choices. If you can get a room full of kids to stop and listen (and then have them laughing a minute later), you're who we're looking for.

You'll bring at least a year of experience working with kids, a high school diploma or GED, and a valid driver's license. You'll also bring the energy to keep things fun and the backbone to keep things fair. We'll cover your CPR and First Aid training when you're hired, and you'll join a team that values collaboration, creativity and showing up for one another. This part-time, year-round role is perfect for anyone that wants to do meaningful work that actually matters.
