Job summary

Boys & Girls Clubs of Greater Dallas is seeking a Part-Time Assistant Club Director to support the Club Director in daily operations and to coach Youth Development Professionals. The role focuses on safe, high-quality programs for youth ages 6–18 and requires experience supervising youth activities.

The position reports to the Club Director, with duties spanning staff training, parent and school relations, and program evaluation. A strong commitment to youth development is essential.

Qualifications

• Must have high school diploma or GED; 21+ to be BGCD driver; CPR/First Aid certs preferred.
• Three+ years supervising youth programs or similar experience.
• Strong oral and written communication skills; ability to recruit, train, supervise, and motivate staff.

Responsibilities

• Supervise Youth Development Professionals and Aides; model positive youth development and trauma-informed practices.
• Coordinate program delivery, staff scheduling, and safety policies across the Club.
• Build relationships with parents, schools, and community partners; ensure program quality and attendance.
