Job summary

Boys & Girls Clubs of Greater Dallas, Inc. is seeking a part-time Assistant Club Director to support daily operations and lead Youth Development Professionals. You will build strong relationships with parents and schools, ensuring a safe, high-quality club environment for youth ages 6–18.

Qualifications

• Must have three or more years of work experience supervising youth programs.
• CPR and First Aid certification required (training provided upon hire).
• Must pass a background check.
• Valid Texas driver’s license and clear motor vehicle record.

Responsibilities

• Directly supervise Youth Development Professionals and Youth Development Professional Aides.
• Lead staff coaching, training, and performance evaluation.
• Oversee club operations, safety, and program quality.
• Coordinate staff schedules and ensure program coverage.
• Foster parent and school relationships and community engagement.
