Job summary

Kidsclub is seeking a Director of Club Services to oversee operations during leadership gaps and manage the development of Assistant Directors. The position requires strong leadership in program development and innovation.

Ideal candidates will hold a Bachelor's degree in Education, Recreation, or other related fields, or have 7 years of experience in youth management. Comprehensive benefits and a competitive salary range of $90,000 - $95,000 are offered.

Responsibilities

• Serve as acting Club Director during leadership vacancies.
• Oversee daily Club operations and ensure high-quality programming.
