Planet Fitness is seeking an Assistant Manager to help oversee gym operations and ensure an exceptional Judgement Free member experience while driving the club’s financial success. The role is full-time (40 hours per week) and may include evenings, weekends, and holidays to meet business needs.

Daily duties include achieving sales goals, recruiting and training staff, maintaining a welcoming atmosphere for members and guests, and providing backup support to the Club Manager.

Responsibilities

• Achieve or exceed individual sales goals and contribute to club targets.
• Assist in recruiting, hiring, training and developing staff.
• Maintain a welcoming atmosphere for members and guests with superior service.
• Provide backup support to Club Manager and supervise staff scheduling.
• Oversee front desk activities: greeting, check-ins, tours, and questions.
• Ensure cleanliness and maintenance of facility and supplies within budget.
• Track weekly, monthly, and annual statistics and reports.
• Support employees who are absent to keep club operations smooth.
