Job summary

BJ's Wholesale Club is seeking an Assistant Club Manager in Training (AMIT) to work closely with the Club Manager to lead and develop departments. This position focuses on driving performance and enhancing member experience while ensuring compliance with operational standards.

The AMIT will be responsible for overseeing talent development, managing audits, and engaging with members. Candidates should have strong leadership skills, a commitment to service, and at least 4 years of relevant experience. ServSafe certification is required.

• 4+ years of experience in retail store or warehouse operations management.
• Strong work ethic and commitment to member service.
• Excellent communication skills for team leadership.
