Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in retail store or warehouse operations
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• Ability to lead and motivate a large team
• Knowledge of store operations and omni-channel procedures
• Forklift operator certification or ability to obtain one

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily club operations across assigned departments
• Recruit, hire, and onboard team members
• Oversee labor planning and scheduling
• Drive sales, inventory control, and shrink management
