The role emphasizes talent development, onboarding, audits, and acting as Manager on Duty as needed. ServSafe certification is required and forklift experience may be needed.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in retail store, supermarket, or warehouse operations management.
• Strong leadership, communication, and coaching skills.
• Knowledge of store operations, safety, and omni procedures; ServSafe certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic department leadership and oversee daily operations across assigned departments.
• Recruit, Hire, Onboard and certify team members to ensure capable staffing.
• Oversee Labor Planning and Scheduling aligned with trends and budgets.
• Drive Sales, Inventory Control, and Shrink Management to meet targets.
• Champion Member Experience standards and maintain club-wide GOLD performance.
