Responsibilities

• Provide strategic department leadership across assigned areas (Merchandising/Perishables/Member Experience).
• Recruit, hire, and onboard team members with certification where required.
• Oversee labor planning, scheduling, and compliance to drive club performance.
• Lead department talent development, coaching, and performance reviews.
• Uphold BJ’s GOLD and GOLD standards and ensure a safe, high-quality member experience.
