BJ’s Wholesale Club is seeking an Assistant Club Manager in Training (AMIT) to lead assigned departments under the Club Manager. You will guide team performance, influence policy execution, and develop frontline leaders in Merchandising, Perishables, or Member Experience.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in retail store/warehouse operations leadership.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills for large teams.
• Ability to recruit, onboard, and develop talent across departments.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic department leadership with daily operations oversight.
• Recruit, hire, and onboard team members for assigned departments.
• Oversee labor planning and scheduling to meet trends and budget targets.
• Drive sales, inventory control, and shrink management to ensure in-stock conditions.
• Uphold safety and compliance standards and prepare for audits.
