Crunch Fitness - Fitness Ventures LLC is seeking an Assistant General Manager (AGM) to support daily club operations, drive membership growth, and lead a high-performing team on-site. As the on-site leader in the absence of the General Manager, you will uphold brand standards and deliver exceptional member experiences.

You will mentor staff, manage relationships, and ensure operational excellence, safety, cleanliness, and service quality while aligning with company policies and performance goals.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Minimum age 18.
• Eligibility to work in the United States with documentation.
• Previous leadership/management experience in fitness, hospitality, retail, or customer service preferred.
• Strong leadership, communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Proven ability to motivate teams and drive results.
• Flexible schedules including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Support the General Manager in creating and maintaining a culture of diversity, inclusion, acceptance, and member satisfaction.
• Lead by example in delivering exceptional customer service and operational excellence.
• Supervise, coach, motivate, and develop team members to achieve individual and club performance goals.
• Foster a positive, collaborative work environment where team members can thrive and grow professionally.
• Assist with recruiting, interviewing, hiring, onboarding, and training qualified team members.
• Demonstrate sound judgment and the ability to make effective decisions in a fast-paced environment.
• Assume leadership responsibilities and oversee all club operations in the absence of the General Manager.
