Crunch Fitness - Fitness Ventures LLC is seeking an Assistant General Manager (AGM) to lead club operations in Lynchburg, VA. The AGM will act as the on-site leader in the General Manager's absence, drive membership growth, coach staff, and ensure exceptional member experiences consistent with the brand.

The role requires strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills with a focus on service excellence, payroll support, and daily operational oversight in a fast-paced fitness

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• Minimum age of 18.
• Eligibility to work in the United States in good standing.
• Previous leadership or supervisory experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support the General Manager in creating and maintaining a culture of diversity, inclusion, acceptance, and member satisfaction.
• Lead by example in delivering exceptional customer service and operational excellence.
• Supervise, coach, motivate, and develop team members to achieve goals.
• Foster a positive, collaborative work environment for staff growth.
• Assist with recruiting, interviewing, hiring, onboarding, and training qualified team members.
• Demonstrate sound judgment and leadership in a fast-paced setting.
• Oversee all club operations in the absence of the General Manager.
• Drive membership growth and hit sales KPIs.
• Ensure a welcoming, professional member experience and address concerns promptly.
• Support payroll processing, scheduling, and administrative tasks.
