Responsibilities

• Ensure club is fully staffed and team meets NFP standards.
• Achieve monthly goals and KPIs.
• Deliver exceptional customer service and a welcoming environment.
• Manage labor and payroll accuracy, schedule shifts.
• Maintain club cleanliness, safety, and BER inspection readiness.
• Coach staff and enforce policies; progressive discipline when needed.
• Drive membership sales and community outreach.
• Invest in staff training and development.
• Communicate club progress to Senior General Manager weekly.
