National Fitness Partners, the largest Planet Fitness franchise, seeks a full-time Club Manager to oversee daily operations, drive member experience, and lead a team to deliver a Judgement Free environment.

You will recruit, schedule, and develop staff, manage payroll, and strive to meet monthly targets while enhancing community engagement and member growth. The role requires strong customer service and hands-on leadership.

Qualifications

• Superior customer service skills.
• Strong leadership and ability to coach staff.
• Experience in management or supervisory roles preferred.
• Basic computer proficiency (Microsoft Suite).

Responsibilities

• Ensure club is fully staffed and team performs to standards.
• Recruitment, pre-screens, interviews, and hiring decisions.
• Achieve monthly goals, KPIs, and manage payroll/timecards.
• Provide exceptional member service and a welcoming environment.
• Drive membership sales and community outreach.
• Coach staff and enforce policies; handle disciplinary actions.
• Attend regional meetings and update leadership on progress.
