Job summary

National Fitness Partners is seeking a Club Manager to oversee all club operations and drive member satisfaction. You will lead a servicing team, manage staffing and scheduling, and ensure financial and operational goals are met to deliver a high-quality fitness experience.

The role requires exceptional leadership, strong customer service, and effective coaching. This on-site position offers growth opportunities, PTO, health benefits, and a 401K plan as part of the club’s benefits package.

Qualifications

• Superior customer service skills, preferably in the fitness industry.
• High school education/GED.
• Management experience through Planet Fitness preferred.
• Exceptional leadership, diplomacy and listening skills.
• Basic computer proficiency (Microsoft Suite).
• Ability to successfully coach and develop team members.

Responsibilities

• Ensure club is fully staffed and the team performs to standards, including recruitment and back-up coverage.
• Drive monthly goals and KPI achievement.
• Provide exceptional customer service and a welcoming environment for members.
• Oversee payroll accuracy, scheduling, and labor planning.
• Maintain club cleanliness, safety, and regulatory compliance.
• Coach staff, enforce policies, and discipline when needed.
• Drive membership sales and community outreach.
• Develop staff through training and development initiatives.
• Report progress to Senior GM and participate in regional meetings.
