Job summary

National Fitness Partners, the largest Planet Fitness franchise, is seeking an Operating Partner to drive operational excellence, revenue growth, and brand consistency across 1–3 clubs. You will lead teams, ensure cleanliness, compliance, and a premier member experience, and model best practices in fitness and service.

The role requires hands-on leadership, the ability to repair Life Fitness/Matrix equipment, a Fitness Trainer Certification, and a focus on KPIs, training staff, and promoting

Qualifications

• Certified to repair Life Fitness/Matrix equipment
• Fitness Trainer Certification to model best practices
• Experience leading operations across 1–3 club locations

Responsibilities

• Formulate and implement strategic plans with Regional Director to hit revenue and operational goals
• Ensure clubs stay within approved budgets and financial targets
• Coach staff to meet KPIs and maintain high service standards
• Maintain club BER inspection scores monthly and ensure policy compliance
• Oversee member enrollment, tours, and issue resolution with a focus on guest experience
• Lead by example in operations, integrity, and accountability
