Job summary

National Fitness Partners, the largest Planet Fitness franchise, seeks a Club Manager to oversee all club operations and deliver a high-energy member experience.

You will recruit and lead staff, drive KPIs and payroll accuracy, ensure clean and safe facilities, and foster a culture of servant leadership while supporting front desk activity and member tours.

Qualifications

• Superior customer service skills, preferably in the fitness industry.
• High school education or GED required.
• Management experience preferred within Planet Fitness.
• Strong leadership, diplomacy and listening skills.
• Basic computer proficiency (Microsoft Suite).

Responsibilities

• Ensure club is fully staffed and meets NFP standards.
• Recruit, pre-screen, interview, and hire staff.
• Provide back up support as needed.
• Drive monthly goals and KPIs including labor and payroll.
• Provide exceptional customer service and a welcoming environment.
• Lead coaching and progressive discipline for staff.
• Drive membership sales and participate in community outreach.
• Report accidents timely per NFP processes.
