Job summary

24 Hour Fitness Fontana is seeking an Operations Manager to lead front-line club operations, including front desk, Kids' Club, and retail. You will partner with the General Manager to ensure a clean, safe, and welcoming environment and deliver an exceptional member experience.

You will supervise Attendants and Sales & Service staff, manage schedules to meet traffic and regulatory requirements, and uphold wage-and-hour compliance while driving positive member sentiment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 1 year of supervisory or team-lead experience.
• Experience building employee schedules and managing labor hours.
• Knowledge of wage-and-hour practices and timekeeping.
• Strong communication and a member-first service mindset.
• Proficiency with POS, scheduling/timekeeping systems, MS 365.

Responsibilities

• Supervise Sales & Service, Kids' Club Attendants, and Club Attendants.
• Onboard and train new team members on standards and systems.
• Coaching, performance reviews, and payroll-related actions.
• Ensure meal/rest periods and timecard accuracy.
• Lead front desk operations and member check-in.
• Drive club retail performance and inventory controls.
• Oversee Kids' Club safety and supervision ratios.
• Maintain club cleanliness and safety procedures.
• Manage club operations, POS, deposits, and reporting.
