Job summary

RiseMe is seeking an Assistant General Manager to oversee daily club operations and ensure top-quality member service. This full-time, salaried exempt position supports the General Manager and leads front desk, housekeeping, and fitness staff to maintain a high standard of facility care.

The role emphasizes revenue leadership, team development, inventory, payroll, and compliance with policies, with opportunities for advancement and a comprehensive benefits package.

Responsibilities

• Achieve target revenue goals through leadership and motivation of employees.
• Daily past due account collections and calls.
• Monitor flagged check-ins to increase revenue and collections.
• Conduct tours and telephone inquiries for prospective members.
• Train and supervise the front desk, housekeeping, and Kid's Crunch staff.
• Coordinate and work with other departments, including Personal Training and Group Fitness.
• Promote a professional and inviting environment that enhances the quality of service and care offered to members.
• Compliance with our uniform policy - crunch polo, black pants or shorts & crunch nametag.
• Demonstrate a working knowledge of all standard operating procedures and policies.
• Assist with multiple aspects of inventory management, payroll, weekly bank deposits, shift coverage, and general club maintenance.
• Ensure the club meets standards for cleanliness, maintenance, safety, and security.
• Other duties as assigned.
