Responsibilities

• Lead daily membership sales efforts through prospecting, tours, referrals, and community outreach.
• Coach Sales Associates and Member Experience Experts on performance and service.
• Ensure club remains clean, organized, and aligned with brand standards.
• Support labor scheduling, payroll, and budgeting to maximize productivity.
• Communicate promotions and initiatives effectively.
