Job summary

RiseMe is seeking a Clubhouse Manager to oversee daily operations of the clubhouse, including dining areas, lounges, and events. You will ensure facilities are well-maintained, service standards are met, and staff are trained for exceptional member experiences.

Responsibilities include budgeting, scheduling, vendor relations, and ongoing compliance with health and safety policies. A background in hospitality, events, or sports management is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day clubhouse operations across dining areas, lounges, member spaces, and events.
• Maintain facilities so they are clean, well-maintained, and meet members' needs.
• Develop service standards, operating procedures, and departmental policies.
• Manage relationships with members, vendors, employees, and club leadership.
• Participate in management meetings and contribute to long-term operational planning.
• Hire, train, schedule, supervise, and evaluate clubhouse staff.
• Develop and implement staff training focused on hospitality and service excellence.
• Support budgeting and cost control alongside staffing and inventory management.
• Ensure health, safety, sanitation, and club policy compliance.
