Fitness Ventures LLC is seeking an Assistant General Manager to lead daily club operations, coach the team, and drive member satisfaction. The AGM supports the GM, fosters an inclusive culture, and ensures service excellence across all touchpoints.

The role focuses on leadership, member experience, and revenue growth, with responsibilities spanning recruitment, training, operations, and performance coaching to sustain high standards and align with the brand.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Legal eligibility to work in the United States.
• Experience in leadership, supervisory, or management roles preferred.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to motivate teams and drive results.
• Flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.

Responsibilities

• Support the General Manager in creating an inclusive, high-performing culture.
• Lead by example in delivering exceptional customer service and operational excellence.
• Supervise, coach, and develop team members to achieve club goals.
• Recruiting, interviewing, onboarding and training qualified staff.
• Oversee club operations in the absence of the General Manager.
• Drive sales goals, monitor KPIs, and coach for better conversion.
• Ensure a welcoming, safe, clean and well-maintained facility.
• Assist with payroll processing, scheduling, and administrative tasks.
