Job summary

Planet Fitness Greer is seeking an Assistant Manager to help oversee club operations and ensure a welcoming, Judgement Free Zone® for members. You will coach staff, lead onboarding, and drive KPI goals while maintaining a safe, clean environment.

The role emphasizes hands-on leadership, conflict resolution, and delivering an exceptional member experience. CPR/AED training provided, 18+ required, some scheduling flexibility.

Qualifications

• 9-12 months of experience in a customer service environment is preferred.
• 9-12 months of experience supervising and leading a team is preferred.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Willing to become CPR/AED Certified (Training provided by Planet Fitness).
• Basic computer proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coach team members to deliver a high-quality member experience.
• Assist in onboarding and training new staff and manage club priorities.
• Oversee daily club operations, inventory, and KPI tracking.
• Respond to member questions, resolve concerns, and escalate as needed.
• Assist with hiring, scheduling, and maintaining clean, safe facilities.
