The Bay Club Company in Walnut Creek is seeking an Operations Associate to contribute to the club’s success by assisting in various roles, delivering top-tier member service, and ensuring cleanliness and a positive, professional atmosphere. This role offers exposure to all facets of club operations and opportunities for career growth within hospitality.

You will greet members and guests, assist with check-ins, registrations, reservations, and provide information on club programs and facilities

Qualifications

• At least one year experience in hospitality industry or related service position preferred, Food Safety certified (if applicable).
• Professional, friendly manner and excellent customer service attitude and abilities.
• Strong verbal communication and conflict resolution skills.
• Enthusiastic, responsible, and dependable team player.
• Self-motivated, takes initiative, anticipates the needs of others and willing to acquire new skills.
• Well organized and detail oriented.
• CPR certified.

Responsibilities

• Greet members and guests; check in by verifying membership.
• Ensure all guests complete a Guest Registration Waiver and pay guest fees.
• Book appointments, program, and class reservations for members and guests.
• Provide information regarding Club programming and facilities.
• Deliver exceptional service experience to members, guests, and Associates to retain guests for repeat business.
