Job summary

The Bay Club Company is seeking an Operations Associate to support multi-department Club operations, delivering outstanding hospitality and member experiences.

You will help maintain cleanliness, assist with guest check-ins, scheduling, POS tasks, and daily operations across fitness, pool, and hospitality areas while representing the Club professionally and proactively identifying member needs.

Qualifications

• Experience in hospitality or club operations preferred.
• CPR/AED certification or ability to obtain within 30 days.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Maintain cleanliness and appearance standards throughout assigned Club areas.
• Greet members and guests upon arrival and throughout the Club.
• Operate point-of-sale systems and cash registers; process payments and member charges.
• Assist with property tours and membership sales as needed.
