Job summary

Bay Club is seeking an Operations Associate to support hospitality, fitness, facility operations and member services across multiple departments. This role offers exposure to daily Club operations, teamwork, and opportunities for growth in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

You will greet members, assist with tours and membership sales, manage check-ins, oversee cleanliness and safety, and help with events.

Qualifications

• Experience in hospitality or health club operations preferred.
• Strong customer service orientation and written/verbal communication skills.
• CPR/AED certification or ability to obtain within 30 days of employment.
• Flexible schedule including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Maintain cleanliness and appearance standards across assigned Club areas.
• Greet members and guests; assist with check-ins and member services.
• Assist with tours, membership sales, and program reservations.
• Operate POS systems and process payments.
• Support events, programs, and multi-department operations.
