The Bay Club is seeking an Operations Associate to support hospitality, fitness, facility operations, and member services across multiple Club areas. This role combines frontline guest interactions with behind-the-scenes duties to ensure smooth daily operations and memorable experiences for members and guests.

Responsibilities

• Greet members and guests upon arrival and throughout the Club.
• Check members into the Club and activity areas; assist with registrations and visits.
• Operate point-of-sale systems and process payments; support membership sales as needed.
