Bay Club is seeking an Operations Associate to gain experience across multiple areas of Club operations, including hospitality, fitness, facility operations, and member services. You will help deliver outstanding service, uphold safety and cleanliness standards, and support daily Club operations with a positive, energetic, and professional attitude.

Responsibilities

• Club Cleanliness & Housekeeping: Maintain cleanliness and appearance standards throughout assigned Club areas, including fitness spaces, locker rooms, lobby, reception desks, pool areas, restrooms, and common areas.
• Club Cleanliness & Housekeeping: Perform detail cleaning and preventive maintenance activities.
• Club Cleanliness & Housekeeping: Restock supplies, amenities, janitorial products, and inventory items.
• Club Cleanliness & Housekeeping: Assist with laundry operations, including collecting, washing, drying, and folding towels.
• Club Cleanliness & Housekeeping: Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment.
• Club Cleanliness & Housekeeping: Identify and communicate maintenance and cleanliness issues requiring further attention.
• Customer Service & Member Experience: Greet members and guests upon arrival and throughout the Club.
• Customer Service & Member Experience: Check members and guests into the Club and applicable activity areas.
• Customer Service & Member Experience: Ensure guest registration requirements and applicable fees are completed.
• Customer Service & Member Experience: Book appointments, programs, services, and class reservations.
• Customer Service & Member Experience: Provide information regarding Club amenities, programming, events, and services.
• Customer Service & Member Experience: Deliver exceptional service experiences to members, guests, and fellow Associates.
