Hours are Monday–Thursday 9:30 AM–6:30 PM, Friday 9:30 AM–3:30 PM, and Sat/Sun 8:00 AM–12:00 PM, with flexibility based on club pace and events. The role emphasizes staff leadership, revenue growth, and ensuring a safe, clean, and professional

Responsibilities

• Sales, Revenue & Collections: Achieve target revenue goals through leadership and motivation of employees
• Leadership & Team Development: Train and supervise the front desk, housekeeping, and Kid's Crunch staff
• Operations, Administration & Compliance: Ensure the club meets standards for cleanliness, maintenance, safety, and security
